La Cina \u00e8 divisa in tre regni, Wei, Shu, Wu. Grandi condottieri, spietati eroi e re dal l&#8217;ambizione d&#8217;acciaio si contendono l&#8217;impero. I primordi dell&#8217;impero cinese (che si consolida nel 280) sono narrati nelle <em>Cronache dei Tre Regni, <\/em>sono diventati <em>Il<\/em><em> romanzo dei Tre Regni <\/em>(uno dei\u00a0 classici cinesi, del XIV secolo), hanno avuto una evoluzione cinematografica nel film di John Woo, <em>La battaglia<\/em><em> dei Tre Regni, <\/em>del 2008. Ora l&#8217;epopea cinese, qualcosa di analogo alla \u00a0nostra <em>Iliade, <\/em>diventa uno dei pi\u00f9 importanti spettacoli teatrali mai realizzati, <strong>\u201c<\/strong>di certo \u00e8 il pi\u00f9 grande spettacolo all&#8217;aperto e con scene sull&#8217;acqua mai creato al mondo<strong>\u201d<\/strong>, che dovrebbe \u00a0restare in scena per vent&#8217;anni. A fare l&#8217;Omero della situazione, il mago della scenografia,\u00a0 un riminese.<\/p><p><strong><em>Il riminese<\/em> <em>e il generale di sabbia.<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p>Per Sergio Metalli, fondatore dello studio Ideogamma, che ha sede a Rimini, non \u00e8 esattamente una novit\u00e0 lavorare in Cina. \u00abDa quattro anni lavoro con il National Center for the Performing Arts di Pechino\u00bb, enorme struttura, con una sala per l&#8217;opera da 2.500 posti e una per i concerti da oltre 2.000 posti, senza contare le aule teatrali, su un&#8217;area di 200mila metri quadri. \u201cMi hanno chiamato loro, per realizzare questa storia epica, che i cinesi conoscono fin da bambini\u201d.<\/p><p>\u201cLa cosa affascinante sta nella grandiosit\u00e0 del progetto. Si parla di circa 200 attori acrobati e di 50 neri, giovani, meravigliosi cavalli trasportati dal nord della Cina\u201d. La scenografia \u00e8 davvero poderosa, una grande opera: \u00ab\u00e8 da pi\u00f9 di due anni che ci pensiamo. Abbiamo messo in campo professionalit\u00e0 sofisticatissime. Penso all&#8217;animazione tridimensionale di alcuni personaggi. Appaiono generali di ghiaccio, di sabbia, con teste di serpenti, tutto in digitale, come fosse un immenso fantasy\u00bb.<\/p><p>Lo spettacolo \u00e8 adornato da video \u00abgirati a Pechino, dove ci siamo trasferiti per una decina di giorni\u00bb, la &#8220;prima&#8221; dello show \u00abaccadr\u00e0 a met\u00e0 aprile. Per quanto mi riguarda, il lavoro \u00e8 terminato\u00bb.
